I’ve been doing the sitting meditation with Jacqueline for a few weeks now and can’t imagine my sheltering at home without it.  Achieving a calm focus that was much needed.  I look forward to continuing this after the confinement and, well, for the rest of my life!  For me, this has been an unexpected win during this difficult time.

This is a silent space online where we are guided in the fundamental practice of seated meditation in a gathering with others.

Join us monday and friday mornings at 9:00am for dharma support and 20 minute meditation via zoom video.

FAQ

How Does it Work?

Please join the meditation via zoom video a few minutes before the scheduled time so that you are seated and settled in place before the meditation period begins at 9:00 AM Sharp and 5:30 PM Sharp.

Please note that when you join, your host may have to admit you in to the meeting. Then You may have to click on the microphone to turn on your computer audio. If you have any problems joining the meditation, please contact us.

To start the meditation, the moderator will offer meditation guidance then ring three bells to begin meditation. There will be guided meditation for a few minutes and then a period of silent meditation. After the meditation the bell will be rung again to end the meditation.

Tips for using Zoom

New attendees, please take 10 - 15 minutes before the first sitting to become familiar with a few of the common functions on zoom.
